2. If the channel is not moderated or +m, in that case, no voice or +v is to be given. Applies to all (both operators and users)!
3. In order to get access to #gostivar, you MUST post a message on the Discussion Forum with the reasons why you would like access followed by your user name. For access to be granted, ½ of the channel administrators should agree!.
4. Anybody who visits #gostivar is eligible for access regardless of sex, religion, skin color etc...
5. NO: Caps, Colors, Flooding, Cursing, Threats, Bots, Clones, Ads etc. For abuse like this, you'll be warned with a Kick, and a Ban will follow.
6. Bots on the channel are only allowed by the administrators (same goes for the ads).
7. If you don't have access, and you have operator rights, dont use kiсk/ban with no reason!
8. If you do have access don't use kiсk/ban with no reason!
9. If multiple persons use the same username to obtain operator rights, the access will be removed.
